Our fully covered trailer service offers maximum protection against the elements, ideal for valuable classic or vintage vehicles. The vehicle will be carefully loaded and secured, and transported either to our own dry, safe storage unit, or directly to the appropriate European port.

Our vehicle handling partners have many years of experience in shipping valuable vehicles between the UK, Europe and the USA. The vehicle will be fully inspected and it's condition documented prior to loading.  The vehicle will be loaded into a sealed container, and fully secured with ratchet straps and wooden chocks to restrict movement in transit.

International shipping can be by sea or by air. 

Sea freight vessels from UK and European ports follow established and safe shipping routes, with transit times varying between 10 and 30 days.  Of course weather conditions and port congestion situations can also influence overall shipping times.

Air freight will typically be 5 to 10 days from departure drop-off to arrival collection.

Following arrival at it's port of entry, the vehicle will be unloaded from the container and moved to a customs inspection area.  We handle all the necessary customs documentation to facilitate a smooth import process.

We can then arrange for trucking of the vehicle to it's final destination anywhere within the USA.

Every vehicle import is unique!  There are many variables that will determine the costs involved, through vehicle sourcing, any required preparation or body/mechanical correction and distances to collect or deliver the vehicle. Additionally, import duty costs vary dependent on the value of the vehicle.  

We always seek to make this a collaborative process with the customer, but to also take care of everything on their behalf.
